Dr Chinwe Akuonu is a dentist in London who graduated from the prestigious King’s College London, with multiple awards to her name.
She is very passionate about her job and dedicates time to advocating for inclusion and diversity within the dental profession. She is a member of the African Caribbean Dental Association (ACDA), a society that supports and provides guidance for black dental students & professionals.
In addition to working on different dental projects with various companies, Chinwe has written several articles on the topic of equality and diversity and has been invited to be a speaker at multiple events, in and outside dentistry.
In her free time, she enjoys mentoring young aspiring dentists (especially from minority backgrounds) and making educational videos to promote oral health.
